The Making of Masks
A visual study of raku firing, this series traces Evan’s ceramic masks from kiln to cooling, revealing the dramatic transformation that gives rise to their distinctive crackled and smoke-marked surfaces.

The Finkelsteins Are Coming to Dinner
Evan was the collaborating artist on The Finkelsteins Are Coming to Dinner, a play by Richard Kaplan about an artist, his lover and his mother. Performed at the Cape Town Fringe Festival and the Alexander Bar and Theatre, the production featured Evan’s artworks both in the play and in an accompanying exhibition, Opening Night.
